Took 10 mins to make fresh hummus to go with lunch. It's worth the tiny bit of extra effort to make your own, since almost all store-bought hummus is made with highly processed, modified and inflammatory canola and soybean oils. Same with bottled dressing- it's really hard to find brands with olive oil only! Blend up your own hummus with any variety of beans, tahini, lemon, olive oil, sea salt + spices, and get the GOOD fats for your skin and body instead! #EatPretty
