Gwyneth, who showed up for a book signing on Saturday looking fresh off the beach, is a fabulous example of healthy beauty at 38. She recently told Elle magazine, "I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity," (adding that she would be open to a breast correction after breast feeding). Yet she does focus on good eating (evidenced by her new cookbook), detox, exercise and even natural beauty products.
