Can a great night of sleep happen anywhere? If you're like most of us, you want a comfy mattress, some cozy sheets, and just-right pillow to catch the most Zzzs. Even then, there are a few tools that can help you optimize your beauty sleep:

  • Get your senses to settle into sleep with lavender essential oil, or a lavender-based essential oil blend like Amala's!
  • A sleep mask isn't just for divas; it'll block light from alarm clocks and street lamps that prevent you from entering deep sleep mode.
  • Cool temperatures are the best for sleeping (temps in the 60s are optimal), but feeling too cold could also interrupt your sleep. Keep a hot water bottle at your feet to warm cold toes!
